“Great experience! The staff was great, had a lot of fun…. even had food for me on their “dog menu”. I got to eat scrambled eggs and my owners had a great fish dish that they shared with me and a steak sandwich. I would recommend this place to all my friends and for them to bring their owners. Overlooking the Pacific Ocean is our heated outdoor Seal Cove Patio, where we welcome all well-behaved dogs and their owners. Watch whales swim by and seals sunbathe below while eating, drinking and listening to waves crash on the shore below.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Seal Cove Patio has changed from a drop-in, self-service lounge to a full-service dining area with servers at your table to take food and drink orders.

Since our patio is dog friendly, all drinks served outside will be in plastic cups to protect our beloved pups from broken glass. Thank you for understanding.

Reservations are strongly recommended. Walk-ins accepted based on availability. Since our patio fills up quickly, we recommend making reservations 5 days in advance.

The temperature on the Coastside is generally cool, so dress warmly. Should we encounter bad weather on the day of your reservation, there may not be a table inside since those will be reserved in advance. We recommend that you check the forecast a few days prior to your reservation and call us then to make any changes.

Feel free to bring your own blanket to our outdoor patio or we offer fleece blankets for sale for $15.

Our Seal Cove Patio overlooks the Fitzgerald Marine Reserve and is a premier spot to watch the sun set into the horizon.

We have been featured in AAA’s VIA Magazine as one of 16 spots named Best Pet Destinations in the West. We are honored by this accolade and happy to live up to that reputation by providing water bowls, doggie beds, and even a Dog Food Menu. Our Doggie Menu features items such as grilled hot dogs, mini burger patties, and even a skirt steak for those really good dogs. We take pride in our love for dogs and strive to provide an incomparable setting for you to spend time with your pooch.

Please note: Due to California Health Code, there are absolutely NO DOGS allowed inside of the restaurant, with the exception of service dogs. If your dog is aggressive or not friendly with other dogs, please do not bring them onto our patio. Aggressive dogs and dogs not under control of their owners at ALL times will be asked to leave. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
